Partnered with the Maryland Park Service to bring day-use reservations to the Kaizen platform, leading discovery, design, and deployment across five pilot parks. The success of this pilot led to a 5-year revenue share contract extending to 19 additional parks.

Designed the American AI Exports Program site from the ground up, allowing businesses to apply and administrators to manage the review process end to end. This work secured Kaizen's first federal contract at $15M.

Designed a point of sale module for the Kaizen platform from 0-1, supporting front desk concession sales and inventory management. Quickly became our second most popular module and a consistent driver for new business.

Redesigned account management on the Kaizen platform, consolidating fragmented user and household tables into a single, action-oriented layout built around real admin workflows. One of our most well-received updates, especially among high-volume customers.
